Temporary employment

Temporary employment is a flexible type of employment and it is also a company HR policy option which can prove particularly effective:

Temporary employment means that it is we who engage the employees you require, with the qualifications you establish, and send them to work with you for the period of time specified in your original instructions. We also handle all their payroll and personnel services. We always provide the Client with the opportunity of taking on a given temporary employee; temporary employment may thus also be treated as a trial period for potential future employees.
